1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FitYoga Now (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.

2. Apple ID Account

2.1 Apple ID Login. FitYoga Now uses Sign in with Apple to identify your account. You must have a valid Apple ID to use the App. No separate registration or password is required.

2.2 Account Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Loss or unauthorized access to your Apple ID may result in loss of your data, training progress, and subscription benefits.

2.3 Data Sync. Your data is synchronized between your device and our cloud servers. If you switch devices, your training history and progress can be restored by signing in with the same Apple ID.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Paid Subscription. FitYoga Now is a subscription-based application. Access to all course content requires an active subscription. No free training content is available.

3.2 Subscription Plans. We offer the following subscription options:

3.3 Free Trial. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. Weekly and monthly plans do not include a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid yearly subscription at $49.99/year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.

Each user is eligible for only one free trial. If you have previously used the free trial, you will be charged immediately upon subscribing.

3.4 Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account settings.

3.5 Cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:


Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing period.

3.6 Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Any price change will be communicated to you in advance. If you have an active subscription, the price change will not take effect until your next renewal date, provided you have been notified. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

3.7 Refunds. All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through your Apple ID account or at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Training Reminder & Safety

4.1 FitYoga Now provides fitness course video content only. We do not offer live instruction, personalized coaching, medical advice, or health assessment of any kind.

4.4 Special Conditions. If you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, are recovering from surgery, or are pregnant, we strongly recommend consulting a physician before starting any exercise program.

4.5 Limitation of Liability. Joywe Limited shall not be held liable for any personal injury, health complications, or property damage resulting from improper use of the App, failure to follow safety precautions, or exceeding your physical capabilities.

5. Content and Usage

5.1 License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5.2 Content Ownership. All course content — including videos, audio, text, images, graphics, and instructional materials — is owned by Joywe Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FitYoga Now provides general fitness guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before starting any exercise program, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury or surgery.

If you experience any pain, dizziness, nausea, chest discomfort, or unusual symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOYWE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, without prior notice, if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Joywe Limited is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
