Joywe Limited ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use the FitYoga Now mobile application (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

When you complete the onboarding questionnaire, we collect the following information:

• Gender
• Age range
• Fitness goals (e.g., fat loss & toning, pain relief, flexibility, stress relief, strength, posture correction)
• Body conditions and special needs
• Workout venue preference
• Target workout areas and time commitment

2.2 Apple ID Account Information

When you sign in with your Apple ID, we collect:

• Apple User ID (apple_user_id): A unique identifier assigned by Apple, linked to your FitYoga Now account
• Email Address: If you choose to share your email with us through the Sign in with Apple flow. You may also use Apple's "Hide My Email" feature to generate a private relay email address

2.3 Subscription Data

When you purchase a subscription, we collect and store:

• Subscription plan type (weekly, monthly, yearly)
• Purchase date and expiration date
• Subscription status (active, expired, canceled)
• Free trial status and trial start/end dates
• Auto-renewal status

2.4 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device ID, device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• Usage Data: Workout history, completed sessions, total workout minutes, streak days, badge achievements

2.5 Push Notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications for training reminders and motivational messages. You can disable these at any time in your device settings or within the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Generate personalized workout plans based on your onboarding profile
• Improve and optimize course recommendations
• Track your training progress (streaks, minutes, completed sessions)
• Manage your account and subscription status
• Grant or restrict access to content based on your subscription status
• Send training reminders and motivational notifications
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our services
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
• Process and verify your subscription purchases

Your data is stored locally on your device and synchronized to our cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

FitYoga Now is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

8. Account Deletion and Data Removal

8.1 In-App Account Deletion. You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the App. Navigate to:

• Settings → Account → Delete Account

Upon account deletion:

• All personal information associated with your account will be permanently erased from our servers
• Your workout history, progress data, and personalized plans will be deleted
• Deleting your FitYoga Now account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription; subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple ID account settings
• Data deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered

8.2 Data Deletion by Request. You can also request full data deletion by contacting us at the email address listed in Section 10. We will respond to your deletion request within a reasonable timeframe and confirm completion.

8.3 Post-Deletion Exceptions. Certain data may be retained if required by applicable law, for dispute resolution, or to enforce our legal agreements and policies.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Opt out of push notifications
• Export a copy of your data (data portability)
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
